About The Role
This role will play a crucial part in establishing and optimizing HR processes in a new market. You will be responsible for managing employee documentation, overseeing office operations, handling vendor relationships, maintaining employee records, compiling HR reports, organizing internal events, supporting budget planning, and collaborating with departments on HR projects.
- Manage employee contracts and amendments.
- Oversee office supplies and procurement.
- Handle vendor contracts.
- Maintain employee records and timesheets.
- Compile HR analytics.
- Organize team-building activities.
- Support expense tracking.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Proficiency in English (B1 minimum).
- Familiarity with European HR regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
