We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

As a Financial Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organization. With 53 facilities located across Europe and the United States, we are an international key player in the automobile and aviation engineering sector. Our team works closely with automobile constructors and suppliers on development projects, providing design and industrialization services. We offer various opportunities in diverse fields, including bodywork, interior and exterior layout, engine and electronics, as well as aviation conception, tests, and calculation.

  • Administrative tasks
  • Track order acknowledgement for purchase orders
  • Manage requests for quotations from clients
  • Manage communication with suppliers and clients via email and telephone
  • Enter delivery confirmation information in the system
  • Manage quotation proposals for clients
  • Negotiate with suppliers (non-production materials and services)

We require an Advanced level of French, both written and spoken (mandatory), as well as Intermediate level of English. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is highly appreciated, along with computer literacy in MS Office, Internet, and Emails. Procurement or purchasing experience would be beneficial, and we seek a communicative, active, and rigorous personality who is customer- and results-oriented.
