Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary professional to spearhead our Public Sector Digital Advisory initiatives. As an Associate Partner/Partner, you will be responsible for crafting project pipelines, building client relationships, and leading project execution to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft a pipeline of local and international projects
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals
  • Lead project execution to provide clients with high-quality fact-based results

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience working with public sector organizations in the digital field
  • Professional level of Romanian and English language
  • A solid knowledge base in one or more of the following domains: e-government solutions, IT strategies and roadmaps, business analyses, digital transformation and process optimization, or public sector digitalization project implementation
  • Ability to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Relevant experience in tender bidding would be a significant advantage
  • Strong leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes autonomously
