Job Opportunity: Office Support and Travel Coordination

We are a dynamic team seeking an organized and process-driven Office Administrator to support our daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in administrative support and travel coordination, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and files; create Purchase Orders and handle specific invoices
  • Manage imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations; assist in drafting policies and procedures
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support business operations; serve as the first point of contact for visitors
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative (back-office) and Reception (front-office) support
  2. Travel Coordination: arrange domestic and international travel, ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines
Requirements:
  • 5+ years previous experience in administrative support and travel coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking tools
