Project Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage overall documentation for complex projects. The ideal candidate will ensure customer documentation requirements are met in a timely manner and act as a main point of contact for our customers and internal collaborators.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Main contact with the customer regarding documentation management, participating in various meetings with customers.
  • Analyzing customer documentation requirements from quote to cash and ensuring support on documentation aspects in the quote phase.
  • Planning documentation processes according to project charters.
  • Ensuring all documentation requirements are met throughout all project phases, owning, developing and updating the documentation list and status.
  • Reviewing customer comments on documentation and ensuring on-time submissions.
  • Working closely with the project team to coordinate and expedite activities for documentation, revisions and approvals with assigned support teams and customers.
  • Collecting, organizing, storing and sending electronic and hardcopy documentation to customers.
  • Highlighting documentation project change requests from customers.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to align with customer requirements within agreed timeframes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient English language skills - verbal, reading and writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including time management and follow-up.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF).

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job-specific software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills in support of organizational change.
  • Flexible teamwork skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams and across varying groups and interpersonal levels.
