Job Responsibilities

Design and Build Automation Solutions: Develop efficient, reusable, and reliable code to automate business processes.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and engineer areas of our product and services.

Establish Agile Engineering Practices: Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation by establishing effective engineering practices.

Identify Bottlenecks and Bugs: Identify areas for improvement and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high-level programming languages.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language and its ecosystem.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and associated time/memory complexity.
  • Broad understanding of their role and function within the overall business strategy.
