Your Mission

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to develop user-facing features for our Autopilot solution. Autopilot is an AI assistant designed to bring ideas to life faster by enabling users to create, edit, and publish automations using natural language. It also predicts users' next actions and recommends them optimal workflows.

What You'll Do at UiPath
  • Develop full-stack solutions for Autopilot in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
  • Ensure exceptional performance, quality, and responsiveness of your code.
  • Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Plan, design, develop, and test software systems or applications for software development.
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality code organization and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and marketing teams to launch the platform.
  • Design a reusable and evolving codebase that aligns with our product goals.
What You'll Bring to the Team
  • 1+ years of experience in software engineering, utilizing high-level programming languages like C#, Java, Python, or Rust.
  • Proven grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
  • The ability to rapidly translate functional/UX requirements into working products.
  • Knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming, and associated frameworks.
  • Familiarity with basic data structures (lists, vectors, stacks, heaps), algorithms (sort, search, etc.), and time/memory complexity.
  • Experience with cloud services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working as a software engineer on AI products, along with some experience with Python.
  • Prompt engineering knowledge.
