Project Management Opportunities

Are you an ambitious and driven project manager with a strong background in corporate project management? We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partner integration processes and optimize lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of partner management projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to constraints.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, alignment, and collaboration throughout the process.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to partner contract management and onboarding.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all actions meet legal requirements and company policies. Maintain and update processes in line with legal and industry standards.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance, produce detailed reports for senior leadership, and leverage data to inform strategy and process improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate existing client management and onboarding workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements for improved productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in project management with a specific focus on Partner Management and Onboarding.
  • Proven experience in managing projects related to company mergers and acquisitions.
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
