About this role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical and business acumen, excellent communication and project management skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the annual investment plan and contribute to the feasibility assessment for potential future projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide regular progress updates on CAPEX spending at site level and global reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of Capex Roadmap actions.
  • Lead the definition of URS documents and project approvals.
  • Create detailed project plans and manage resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain alignment with project objectives and oversee strategic planning.
  • Monitor production and quality metrics against customer, stakeholder, and sponsor standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues promptly.
  • Report on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
  • Facilitate effective communication and set clear expectations for the project team.
  • Track and monitor timeline and budget adherence.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management, especially technical projects

Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Project-advanced, Autocad, and GMP knowledge preferred

Language: English – advanced level
