About the Role
As a Presales Solution Architect, you will play a crucial part in helping customers achieve their IT initiatives by recommending and designing technology-based products and solutions. This role requires strong technical design and selling skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs and develop tailored tech solutions.
- Participate in intensive training programs to enhance your knowledge of Dell Technologies' advanced data center infrastructure, networking, and AI solutions.
- Gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge data center solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cloud computing and AI.
- Develop consultative skills to advise customers on the best solutions for their business challenges.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking individuals with an undergraduate or master's degree in a technical or business-related field, earned no more than 36 months before start date. Strong technology skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and fluency in English are essential requirements. Desired qualifications include internship experience in a technology-related field or a technology company.
