We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Internal Communications Specialist.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging employees, enhancing corporate culture, driving employee engagement and performance, and promoting the company to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in internal and external communication. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, and experience managing employee communication channels.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute communication plans, create engaging content, and measure campaign success. You will also stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies used in communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field;
  • 7+ years of experience in internal and external communication, corporate communication, or related field;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Experience managing employee communication channels, including intranet and other digital tools;
  • Strong Knowledge of Office 365 apps;
  • Knowledge of communication platforms and channels;
  • Relevant work experience in e.g., communications, social media, PR, event management, etc.;
  • Experience in implementing communication strategies;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
