Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Engineering Project Dashboard team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and visualization, with strong experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting layers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting layers using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or similar.
  • Develop technical specifications related to the dashboards and KPI calculations.
  • Support product and business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.
  • Contribute to data modeling and mapping to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Participate in data strategy and governance initiatives to improve overall data maturity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as GCP or AWS.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other statistical tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and relationship with stakeholders and team members.
  • English fluency is required, French is a plus.
  • Agile mindset and practices are essential.
