Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions, identifying sources of supply, and resolving Purchase Order/Purchase Requisition processing issues.

Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless procurement processes, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs. You will work closely with buyers, client groups, and suppliers to resolve delivery issues, process claims, and research invoice discrepancies.

Maintaining accurate Vendor Master Records is also an essential part of your role. You will work collaboratively with suppliers and end-users to resolve invoice, damaged/returned goods, and ship date issues.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and a can-do attitude. Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages (spoken and written) is required. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes.
