Internal Communications Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to shape and deliver clear, engaging messages that keep employees informed and aligned with company goals.

This role involves creating effective communication materials, supporting a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring brand consistency while managing key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help them communicate their projects and priorities effectively within the company.
  • Develop and adapt communication plans to meet organisational context and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and maintain internal communication channels to keep employees informed and connected to company activities.
  • Engage internal audiences by proposing new tactics and segmentation to keep them interested.
  • Create and adapt visual assets for internal communication in line with the Brand Manual.
  • Measure and report on the performance of internal communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Communication, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Forms.
  • Ability to plan and organise projects while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to propose new ideas and practical solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to adapt communication to evolving company needs.
  • Effective collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and quality.
