Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role
  • Data entry into our internal computer system, ensuring accurate and timely registration of products;
  • Preparing summary statistical reports and providing analysis to inform business decisions;
  • Managing stock levels and orders to meet sales targets and minimize overstocking;
  • Providing support for the development and implementation of visual content on our main page;
  • Analyzing competitive situations by comparing prices and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Implementing special conditions agreed with suppliers in our computer system.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, autonomy, proactiveness and ambition;
  • Ability to work across organizations and in a challenging retail environment;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • Teamwork oriented but also independent;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Bachelor/Master's degree University degree, preferably in economics or related field;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, good command of excel).
