Logistics Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding shipment status and delivery times.
• Data Management: Ensure that all shipment data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including managing EDI transmissions and internal reporting.
• Exception Management: Identify and resolve issues related to in-transit exceptions, providing network visibility to performance and process exceptions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field
• Fluent in English (and Romanian is a plus)
