Customer Experience Consultant

The role involves ensuring that our customers achieve their desired goals and have an excellent experience with the implementation and usage of our solutions.

We are looking for a consultant to provide operational support to our customer-facing teams, enabling them to deliver services to our customers successfully and achieve target financial goals.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with professional services and finance, with a history of consistently delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and administering projects in a project management system based on professional services orders.
• Partnering with the Professional Services team on project financial management, including revenue and cost forecasting.
• Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting from our Professional Services financial system and other systems as needed.
• Analyzing reports to identify relevant trends and insights, making related business recommendations to promote the achievement of our goals.
• Performing operational processes in support of the global customer care business, such as PO submission, PO reconciliation, invoice validation, etc.
• Providing operational support as needed for the Professional Services team and other customer care teams.
• Identifying improvement opportunities in our operational processes and systems, leading initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
• Developing graphs using Excel or Google Sheets and creating slides to showcase metrics in presentations.
• Being a subject matter expert on systems that support the Professional Services function, learning new systems and their data as needed.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Competency with accounting and financial principles.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining very high levels of accuracy in data-related work.
• Prior work with a professional services financial system is preferred but not required.
• A degree in Business Administration or Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• High-level expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Powerpoint/Google Slides, particularly in using advanced features like pivot tables, complex charts, and formulas.
• Proven team player and self-starter with strong communication skills.
