Job Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating the daily distribution and management of packaging for company suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Packaging Distribution: Allocate packaging to suppliers based on established criteria and guidelines, ensuring timely delivery and management of packaging-related processes.
  • Incident Management: Address and resolve incidents related to the supply of packaging at supplier sites, factories, and redistribution platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain daily communication with partners, including factories, suppliers, and service providers, and participate in operational meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate information flows within the company's software systems, analyze existing procedures, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of VBA and Excel (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Access (preferred)
  • Strong skills in data analysis, information retrieval, and system navigation
  • Proficiency in French and English (advanced level required)
