Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Research and resolve any receivables discrepancies by reconciling carrier statements with internal system records
  • Maintain direct communication with carriers to clarify outstanding collection issues
  • Generate and analyze ageing analysis
  • Prepare, reconcile and analyze revenue, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, bad debts reserve and revenues accruals
  • Responsible for AR bank transactions reporting and reconciliation of bank accounts and fiduciary accounts
  • Responsible for booking invoices issued in the Accounting system and centralizing supporting documentation for fiduciary payments
  • Support local FP&A with AR-related matters, including actual vs. prior periods and Plan/forecast revenues analysis
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ad-hoc reporting

Requirements

  • University Education in Economic field
  • At least two years of experience in a Finance/Accounting department, with a focus on reconciliations, invoice processing and internal/external reports preparation
  • Experience in Finance/Accounting insurance field is an advantage
  • Computer proficient, with advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance accounting requirements is a plus
  • Hard-working, organized, with good self-discipline and initiative
  • Team spirit, willing to learn new things and persuasive
  • Fluent in English
