EP Clinical Sales Representative role involves providing clinical support to assigned accounts, driving sales through account planning and customer needs, and delivering excellent product in-servicing and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to annual strategic plan development by providing business intelligence for assigned accounts.
  • Support account managers in understanding account needs and expectations to develop account strategies.
  • Provide clinical support and training to medical personnel and field staff.
  • Identify and manage sales opportunities derived from clinical support.
  • Deliver excellent product in-servicing, evaluations, and continuous procedural education to maintain market share.
  • Attend and participate in customer, company, and industry-sponsored events and meetings.
  • Develop and implement proactive plans to increase service quality to customers.
  • Perform procedural training, provide clinical support, and manage clinical evaluations to secure market share.
  • Record customer information and activities in CRM system.
  • Perform periodic updates with sales force and commercial contracting organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in clinical and sales roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Biomedical engineer, nurse, or health science degree.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Experience in clinical or sales roles, ideally in the same sector.
  • Technical knowledge, ideally in the same sector.
  • Good collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
