Seeking a skilled finance professional to prepare month-end financial reports, support annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with local tax legislation and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end financial reports to a high standard, adhering to required reporting legislations and corporate deadlines.
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements, ensuring all required documentation is gathered and supplied timely to auditors.
  • Support compliance with local tax legislation, authorities (VAT & Corporate Tax), and internal transfer pricing policies.
  • Maintain and adhere to internal controls framework, ensuring compliance with RACM procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation.
  • Liaise cross-functionally within Finance to ensure internal control activities are maintained and adhered to where applicable.
  • Participate in ad-hoc business and controlling projects.

Requirements:

  • Business Administration Degree or equivalent (MBA, CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent desired).
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting with continuously increased responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting principles for both local and US GAAP/IFRS.
  • Deep understanding of accounting procedures, business processes, and operations.
  • High degree of computer literacy (SAP, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
