We are seeking a Large Account Renewals Revenue Manager to drive improved processes and higher revenue growth in Large Accounts. The successful candidate will manage the large account renewal program across Iron Mountain's geographies, deploying to new countries and driving incremental revenue.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing target account lists, renewal dates, and target pricing per account
  • Developing relationships with commercial teams to drive performance of the renewals
  • Driving price strategy: developing optimal price strategies for renewals and new upsell/xsell opportunities
  • Coaching commercial teams on when and how to trade price for upsell/xsell
  • Developing communication packages to support commercial teams in negotiations with customers
  • Tracking large account performance and reporting results
  • Partnering with commercial teams to gain buy-in and maximize impact
