Sales Representative / Reprezentant Vanzari locat in Bucuresti:
Munca hibrida, birou inchiriat momentan pe Tudor Arghezi, sau se poate si exclusiv de acasa, cu deplasari saptamanale la clienti, cel putin 3 zile pe săptămana.

Responsabilități:

Vanzarea produselor din portofoliul companiei catre firme din domeniul instalatalatiilor si firme partener revanzare daca e cazul ( vanzari "Business to Business");
Indeplinirea obiectivelor de vanzari pe arealul asignat si portofoliul de clienti preluat, in baza obiectivelor generale de vanzari ale companiei;
Cresterea cotei de piata a companiei;
Mentinerea contactului cu clientii firmei, cu persoanele cu putere de decizie in procesul de achizitie din cadrul companiilor din portofoliul de cienti;
Gasirea de noi parteneri de afaceri, de noi clienti pentru produsele din portofoliul firmei;
Vizitarea regulata a clientilor si partenerilor companiei;
Dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti;
Cresterea volumului de vanzari;
Implementarea strategiei de vanzare a companiei;
Monitorizarea concurentei si gasirea de informatii din piata pentru a ajuta managementul companiei la implementarea strategiei de vanzari si atingerea de obiective strategice ale companiei;
Buna cooperare cu echipa de suport vanzari pentru servirea cientilor companiei la un nivel inalt de performanta si serviciu clienti.
Cunoasterea produselor si compatibilitatii lor pentru a raspunde la intrebarile clientilor si a oferi sfaturi personalizate.
Identificarea solutiilor si a configuratiilor optime pentru nevoile specifice ale clientilor.
Actualizarea constanta a cunostintelor despre tehnologiile si tendintele din domeniul energiei solare pentru a oferi clientilor cele mai bune solutii posibile.
Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor de vanzari: Elaborarea planurilor si strategiilor de vanzari pentru a atinge obiectivele companiei in ceea ce priveste vanzarile de sisteme fotovoltaice.
Gestionarea echipei de vanzari: Recrutarea, formarea si coordonarea echipei de vanzari pentru a asigura performante optime si atingerea obiectivelor de vanzari.
Identificarea oportunitatilor de afaceri: Monitorizarea pietei si identificarea oportunitatilor de afaceri noi, inclusiv identificarea clientilor potentiali si a parteneriatelor strategice.
Crearea si mentinerea relatiilor cu clientii: Dezvoltarea si mentinerea relatiilor solide cu clientii existenti si potentiali pentru a promova produsele si serviciile companiei.

- Consultanta si asistenta tehnica: Oferirea de consultanta si asistenta tehnica clientilor in ceea ce priveste sistemele fotovoltaice, compatibilitati, costuri, instalare si intretinere.- Monitorizarea performantei vanzarilor: Urmarirea si analizarea performantei vanzarilor pentru a identifica tendintele si a lua masuri corective atunci cand este necesar.- Raportare si analiza: Generarea de rapoarte periodice privind activitatile de vanzari si analizarea datelor pentru a evalua eficacitatea strategiilor si a identifica oportunitati de imbunatatire.- Cooperare interdepartamentala: Colaborarea cu departamentele de suport vanzari/clienti, marketing, administrativ, logistic, si tehnic pentru a asigura o abordare integrata si eficienta in realizarea obiectivelor companiei.

Experiență necesară si abilitati:

Minim trei ani de experiență într-o poziție similară;
Educatie formala minim bacalaureat, ideal de nivel superior;
Cunoștințe foarte bune de MS Office;
Planificarea si organizarea muncii, respectarea programului de lucru;
Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa;
Respect fata de colegii de lucru;
Bune abilităti de comunicare;
Permis de conducere categoria B;
Limba engleză constituie un avantaj.
