As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end quote-to-order solutions to customers across various process industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Relations: Ensure understanding, managing, and satisfying customer requirements through remote communication or site visits.
  • Quote-to-Order Execution: Take ownership of technical and commercial quote-to-order scope delivery, proposing innovative and cost-effective solutions while minimizing execution costs.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Acquire, maintain, and share knowledge with the team and organization, supporting on-the-job development of other Service Specialists.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on tasks related to Ethics and Information Security policies within your skills and abilities.

You will be a key partner in building, growing, and maintaining profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University Degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent Communication, Organization, and Prioritization Skills

Preferred qualifications include experience in commercial and sales support activities or in the process automation field for various industries, as well as a willingness to travel for shorter periods.
