HR Administration Specialist

Cluj-based HR Admin Specialist needed to coordinate HR activities, standardize processes, and support team members. Key responsibilities include delivering HR services, managing customer relationships, and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver HR services for all employees in Cluj
• Prepare necessary documentation and support HR administration solutions
• Actively support organizational change processes and ensure day-to-day operations
• Manage customer relationships and ensure effective communication
• Pro-actively use HR tools to deliver customer requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years relevant work experience in HR Administration or Payroll
• Evidence of experience with HR processes and systems
• General knowledge of Romanian labour legislation
• Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Technical skills: Office Suite, SAP or other ERP system, and proficiency in English
