Descrierea postului:
Dacă: - sunteți comunicativ și știți cum să câștigați încrederea clienților;
- aveti abilitati ridicate de comunicare scrisa si verbala;
- aveti nivel de limba romana - nativ;
- aveti nivel de limba engleza - A2 sau mai mare;
- sunteti increzator utilizator de PC;
- puteti lucra sub presiune fara a pierde focalizarea;
- aveti dorinta de crestere personala atunci sunteti cel de care avem nevoie
Principalele dvs. responsabilități vor fi:
-comunicarea cu clienții companiei (chat-uri, e-mailuri, apeluri);
-rezolvarea problemelor clienților și asistarea utilizării produselor noastre;
-escalarea intrebarilor clientilor catre departamentele interne relevante;
- lucreaza eficient in cadrul unei echipe.
Conditii de munca si beneficii:
-capacitatea de a se dezvolta intr-o echipa de profesionisti tanara, cu crestere rapida, puternica;
-contract de munca;
-program de lucru 2/2;
-salariu competitiv si bonusuri.
