Business Development Manager @Marsh

Marsh Romania is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client portfolio based in Cluj-Napoca.
What can you expect?
Represent the company and have the responsibility to create and apply an effective sales strategy;
Be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, acquisition, and development of new clients on multiple product lines, as well as through existing client opportunities under the direction of the Commercial Leader, in accordance with the sales strategy implemented to achieve the business targets;
Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
We will count on you to:
Strategic Relationships:Â Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to enhance partnership development;
Networking and company representation in industry related events, corporate events and professional gatherings;
Sales Planning & Development:Â Create and implement sales plans that drive lead generation and opportunity qualification;
Generate quality leads that result in sales in a structured monthly, quarterly, semi annual basis;
Develop and execute sales/marketing integrated campaigns;
Developing new lines and areas of business for the company;
Request for Proposal (RFP):Â Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to potential clients;
Forecasting & Sales Metrics:Â Utilize analytical skills to forecast sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Opportunity Qualification:Â Assess and qualify sales opportunities to prioritize efforts effectively;
Responsible of concrete business directions, delivery of action plans and implementation of sales strategies in corporate segments;
Objection Handling:Â Employ strong interpersonal skills to address and overcome client objections during the sales process.
CRM Software:Â Maintain accurate records and manage client interactions using Salesforce.com
Lead Qualification:Â Identify and qualify leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline;
Sales Strategy:Â Develop and refine sales strategies to enhance business development efforts;
Lead and drive client engagement including discovery meetings, presentations, and strategic planning with Marsh capabilities/ practices;
Complex Sales:Â Navigate complex sales processes, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Time Management:Â Effectively manage time and resources to maximize productivity and meet deadlines;
Achieve individual, annual sales targets as outlined by Commercial Leader;
Sales Presentations:Â Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients;
Provide the Commercial Leader with accurate sales and productivity reports
Communication:Â Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members to foster strong relationships.
Client Relations:Â Cultivate and maintain strong client relations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business;
Contacts and establishes meetings with new potential clients, visits them and presents company and companyâs products and services; follows-up until sales closing;
Business-to-Business (B2B):Â Focus on B2B sales strategies to drive growth and expand market presence
Builds and maintains relationship with key decision makers;

What you need to have:Â
Proven success in sales (B2B) with a minimum of 5 years  experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in business to business environment;
Proven sales track record;
Excellent understanding of Insurance industry
Excellent written and spoken English; Native Romanian;
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Time management and planning skills;
Strong connections within industries with sales potential.
Dynamic, with initiative, persuasive, team player
IT proficient, particularly in MSOffice and Salesforce.com application;
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;
Driving license;
