. To support our next stage of growth, we are embarking on a
critical migration of our General Ledger (GL) accounting system
from legacy infrastructure to a modern, scalable platform.

We are seeking a
Senior Enterprise Business Analyst
with strong banking and accounting systems expertise to lead this transformation. You'll work across Finance, Risk, Technology, and Product to ensure the successful delivery of this high-impact initiative, while helping us shape the future of our financial architecture.

What You'll Do

  • Your first engagement would be to lead the
    requirements analysis and migration strategy
    for our legacy General Ledger, including chart of accounts, accounting logic, and financial data models.
  • Partner with Finance, Risk, and IT teams to
    define mappings and technical specifications
    from the old platform to the new GL environment.
  • Identify, document, and adapt integrations
    between upstream (core banking, payments, lending) and downstream (reconciliation, reporting) systems.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design
    modern integration mechanisms
    (APIs, microservices, event-driven workflows, cloud-native services).
  • Drive the
    data migration process
    , including historical balances and active transactions—ensuring integrity, consistency, and traceability.
  • Work with developers to
    translate legacy Oracle PL/SQL logic
    into scalable, cloud-ready solutions.
  • Ensure system and data designs
    support reconciliation, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
    .
  • Actively participate in
    Agile delivery squads
    , shaping user stories, refining backlogs, and validating end-to-end functionality.
  • Provide enterprise-level insight, ensuring alignment between
    business outcomes, technical solutions, and scalable architecture
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience
    as a Business Analyst or Technical/Integration Analyst in
    banking or financial services
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    General Ledger migrations, accounting platforms, and financial integrations
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    banking operations, payments, transaction-level accounting logic, and reconciliations
    .
  • Experience bridging business and technical domains, with proficiency in
    requirements gathering, functional specs, and solution design
    .
  • Familiarity with
    modern financial architectures
    : APIs, microservices, event-driven design, and containerized services.
  • Strong background in
    data integration, ETL, and large-scale financial data pipelines
    .
  • Understanding of
    cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud, Kafka, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across Finance, Technology, and Product.
  • Agile mindset with proven experience working in
    Scrum/Agile delivery models
    .
