Mission

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with clients and teams, translating business needs into actionable stories and solutions. 

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on delivering value through analysis, Agile practices, and process optimization.

What you will do on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Work on complex projects (ideally BPM), preferably in the public sector, translating business needs into actionable stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure smooth delivery of project tasks.
  • Review and prioritize work items, ensuring quality and completeness of requirements.
  • Support project teams in clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, and user stories for future reference.

Very likely you can be successful if you have
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and propose actionable solutions.
  • Experience with regulated or public sector projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • BA certification (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
