Your mission
As a
Senior Business Analyst - Intelligent Automation
, you'll be responsible for identifying and designing automation opportunities for Agentic and AI-enhanced RPA automations.

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for intelligent automation and advanced ability to document and analyze complex business processes.

What You'll Do At UiPath

  • Conduct deep-dive process discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements
  • Evaluate processes for automation suitability, considering complexity, stability, volume, and potential for AI/ML enhancement
  • Calculate ROI and business impact for potential automation candidates, supporting the creation of business cases
  • Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
  • Translate business needs into clear and structured Process Design Documents (PDDs) and communicate requirements to developers and architects
  • Support UAT and post-deployment value tracking
  • Ensure strong communication across cross-functional teams, bridge the gap between business and technical teams
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and post-implementation reviews to ensure project success.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • 5+ years in business analysis; 2+ years in RPA or intelligent automation
  • Strong understanding of UiPath's capabilities, especially Agentic automation
  • Strong background in process analysis and modeling using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • Strong abilities to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and process documentation skills.
