Commissioning Manager | Fluent Romanian speaker | Available to join at short notice

We're seeking a proven
Data Centre Commissioning Manager
to join a fast-growing project delivery and technical services firm operating across the EMEA region. This role offers the chance to lead critical projects, work with global clients, and be part of an organisation known for investing in its people.

The role will be responsible for managing the full commissioning lifecycle, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and critical systems are tested, validated, and handed over on time and to the highest standards. You'll lead a team of engineers, coordinate with project and operations teams, and be the go-to expert for all things commissioning.

  • Lead commissioning for HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and BMS systems.
  • Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures for multiple projects.
  • Manage and mentor commissioning engineers and technicians.
  • Coordinate across project, construction, and operations teams for seamless handover.
  • Maintain clear commissioning records and reports.

Key Skills:

  • Proven end to end Commissioning experience within Data Centre projects
  • Ability to showcase previous projects leading commissioning teams and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and BMS.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

You must speak
fluent Romanian
and be able to join within a short notice period.
