Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with strong telecom and network delivery experience to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of network solutions. The ideal candidate is both a capable project leader and comfortable with hands-on technical work when needed.

As part of this exciting role, you'll work with one of our key clients—an American networking systems and software company, the world's biggest player in optical connectivity.

Mon–Fri 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CET
)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, risks, and project timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, delegate tasks appropriately, and drive accountability.
  • Commission, turn-up, install, and troubleshoot network equipment when required.
  • Analyze challenges quickly, prioritize effectively, and take decisive action.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of core project management experience, including:
  • Project lifecycle delivery
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Process improvement
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Budget/KPI ownership
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Decisive, analytical, and action-oriented approach
  • Hands-on network engineering experience with commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (bilingual skills are a plus).

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

  • CAPM, PMP, or ITIL
  • CCNA or CCNP
  • CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+
