What You Will Be Doing

  • Engage in B2B consultative sales of ICT solutions and services, targeting high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong, active client portfolio.
  • Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives across various industries.
  • Lead negotiations, presentations, and closing of deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Leverage CRM tools and other business applications to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively.
  • Focus on sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or utilities is a plus.
  • Navigate and influence ICT procurement processes in both private and public sectors is a plus.

What You Bring Along

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years in B2B consultative sales in ICT solutions and services.
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
  • Established client portfolio with strong, active relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives (C-Level) across multiple industries.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, retail, or utilities sectors, is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop and sustain long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
  • Deep understanding of ICT solutions, including enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, infrastructure, and managed services.
  • Knowledge of ICT procurement processes in private and public sectors is a plus.
