Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for a Salesperson based in Sibiu. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales. Additionally, the Salesperson will be expected to maintain records of all sales activities, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous
