Join our Cluj-Napoca-based Order Fulfillment team as an
Order Management Intern
and gain hands-on experience in order management and customer collaboration, all while using your English and German language skills. This 12-month, full-time internship is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a global organization and make a real impact from day one

Who You Are:

A proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to grow in logistics, order management, and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:
  English at C1 level and German at minimum B2 level.
• Experience OR Interest:
  Experience or strong interest in order management, customer service, logistics.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in Office 365/Excel for data organization and analysis.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with Teams:
  Work closely with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage Orders:
  Oversee the lifecycle of orders, including scheduling, sales, logistics.
• Solve Challenges:
  Anticipate risks in customer projects and collaborate on solutions.
• Analyze Data:
  Track metrics and provide insights to improve daily operations.
• Improve Processes:
  Identify issues and contribute to implementing better solutions.
