The role

Sales Operations Specialist (GiSO Team)

contract type: full-time | working model: hybrid (office: 2-3 times per week)

locations: Sofia, Bulgaria OR Bucharest, Romania (you can work from either location)

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our Geographically Integrated Service Operations (GiSO) team. 
This role is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 Years of experience in sales operations, who wants to grow in a global, fast-paced tech environment. 

You'll support key operational processes - from order handling to month-end closing - ensuring accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction. Along the way, you'll develop deep expertise in ERP systems, global delivery processes, and data quality management. 

What you'll do 

  • Handle day-to-day tasks in NAV and ServiceNow (SwoDP).
  • Process customer contracts, quotes, and orders ("Convert Quote to Order" process).
  • Coordinate invoicing, purchasing, and project closure activities.
  • Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, improve data accuracy, and suggest process improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for your region and collaborate with global teams. 

What we need to see from you

What you bring 

  • 2 years of experience in Sales operations, order management, or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of business processes or ERP systems (NAV, SAP, etc.).

  • Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and a collaborative attitude.

  • Clear communication in English and comfort working in an international setup.
