As a
Micro Customers Relationship Manager
at BCR, you'll play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of clients in your assigned area. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
How you will contribute
- Portfolio Development and Revenue Growth:
Develop and manage relationships with micro clients (companies with a turnover of up to EUR 1 million), identifying their development needs and capitalizing on sales opportunities through cross-selling, thereby contributing to portfolio revenue growth; - Specialized Assistance and Customized Solutions:
Provide support to existing and potential clients by tailoring solutions from our wide range of products, with the goal of building an efficient and profitable portfolio; - Client Attraction and Retention through Added Value:
Attract and retain clients by promoting and selling products and services that match their profile, delivering added value and fostering long-term relationships; - Effective Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to achieve both individual and collective goals, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.
What will help you be successful
- University degree, preferably in economics or related fields;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in financial and banking sector or Micro Entrepreneurs clients management;
- Excellent relationship, sales and negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of financial products and banking market;
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators and financial analysis;
- A proactive approach in looking for ways in strengthening business relationship with clients;
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and correlate information;
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
- Advanced English level.
