Customer Relationship Management

As a member of the Marketing team within Carrefour, the
CRM Campaign Lead
will play a key role in designing and implementing customer segmentation and personalization strategies, with the goal of increasing visit frequency and average basket value.

This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and digital marketing know-how to successfully integrate multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app, push, WhatsApp, digital media) and ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience. You will directly contribute to enhancing customer loyalty and driving commercial results by leveraging data insights, CRM platforms, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies;
• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app, push, WhatsApp, digital media) ensuring message consistency and customer satisfaction;
• Implement and utilize the CDP (Customer Data Platform) and integrate direct marketing tools (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp);
• Analyze customer behavior and adapt communication based on data insights and commercial KPIs;
• Integrate commercial and CRM campaigns into the overall business strategy, contributing to brand consistency;
• Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Loyalty & Data, IT, Data Science, Ecommerce, Merchandise, Operations) to align objectives;
• Define, budget, and coordinate end-to-end campaigns (brief, execution, monitoring, reporting);
• Manage complex projects (e.g. CDP implementation) and act as product owner in collaboration with IT/Data teams;
• Maintain effective communication with external partners (agencies, freelancers, CRM solution providers).

What we're looking for:

• Experience in digital marketing/CRM and managing multi-channel campaigns;
• Hands-on experience with SQL and customer databases to extract insights and support campaign personalization.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and marketing automation/CRM/CDP platforms;
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally;
• Ability to run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and measurable business impact.
• Customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and creativity in campaign development;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
