Our Client is a leading Global HR Outsourcing company which provides fast and valuable solutions to its customers in more than 170 countries worldwide. The company's mission is to equip its clients to adapt to an ever-shifting global market.

They are currently exploring the Romanian market for a potential hire of a Market Leader who will be located in Iasi.

They are looking for a customer-oriented candidate to join a growing team and to assist the company in expanding their customer database.

The incumbent should have a strong commercial approach, knowledge of the staffing services (TEMP/PERM) and a broad network within the countries and assigned industries. Ideally, he/ she should be target-driven as will be responsible for generating leads and meeting demanding sales goals.

The job could be done fully remotely/hybrid.

Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Sales:

  • Drive the market business development strategy in the countries and industries assigned
  • Coordinate with other country Market Leaders to create pan-European and Global value propositions
  • Coordinate with the European Marketing team specific actions for the assigned countries and industries
  • Generate leads, create opportunities, meet clients and negotiate contracts until closing
  • Create a network of sales partners and diversified sales channels

Operations:

  • Establish delivery processes, operational templates and implement companies' management software
  • Establish a network of partners for staffing of candidates and other parts of the delivery process

Compliance:

  • Administer the company's entities in the country in collaboration with our Clients Finance team and its local advisors
  • Obtain and maintain the necessary licenses required in each country
  • Maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records

Management:

  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Experience:

  • 10 years of working experience relevant for this position
  • 5 years in sales in the assigned countries and industries
  • Preferable previous professional experience in a top-level staffing company

Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Have excellent communication skills in order to be able to communicate effectively with customers and sales employees
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

  • MS Office
  • Salesforce

Academic background:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, marketing, sales, or business administration

preferred;

  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
