Salesforce Consultant/ Developer
.

About the job

  • As a Salesforce Consultant/ Developer
    you will
    contribute to pre-sales, projects, and account assignments
    by
    designing and delivering Salesforce CRM solutions.

  • This role supports both team and business line development, requiring
    strong knowledge and presales experience
    in one or more solution domains, with the
    ability to document and communicate domain architecture
    .

  • In this role
    you will ensure technical quality
    by collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders,
    working under Delivery Management
    and alongside Business Development. The focus of the role is on the Romanian market, with potential international expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

Facilitate
discovery and scoping sessions
with clients

Partner with the business to
identify, document, and prioritize requirements


Translate business needs
into user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios

Utilize Salesforce platforms to
enhance Sales & Service functions


Implement Salesforce functionalities
(standard and/or new)


Maintain comprehensive documentation
of system configurations, processes, and changes


Manage client constraints
(budget, timeline, expertise) to define optimal project scope


Offer multiple solution options
using business knowledge and creative thinking


Lead collaborative discussions
on Customer Service processes and functional design


Support change management and business readiness
for CRM deployment


Mentor team members in CRM technologies
and customer service processes


Run workshops
, work closely with clients, and discuss trade-offs (config vs code)


Map functional requirements
to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Customer Service Cloud features


Your Daily Routine


Attend discovery sessions
and workshops with clients

Collaborate with business teams to
document and align on requirements


Translate requirements into functional specifications
, user stories, and test scenarios


Configure and implement
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Customer Service Cloud solutions


Maintain and update
system documentation


Mentor junior team members
and support knowledge transfer


Qualifications and Experience:


Bachelor's degree
in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience


Minimum 2–3 years in Salesforce ecosystem
, mainly Sales Cloud; Customer Service Cloud is a plus


Experience with Salesforce customization & development
using Flows, Apex; Visualforce, HTML, CSS highly desirable but optional


At least one Salesforce certification
(Platform Developer I strong asset); Salesforce Certified Administrator or Sales Cloud Developer/Consultant highly preferred


Strong understanding of business and technology
with a solution-oriented approach


Customer-focused
with strong client relationship skills

Excellent English communication (technical and business)


Ability to work creatively and analytically
in problem-solving environments

Focus on one or several CRM areas within a larger design or delivery team
