Job Requirement:

Overview
:

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join a scrum team within a large

implementation project (multi-year, multi-phase). There are two scrum teams working in

parallel to deliver better software faster to production.

This role will be expected to develop, enhance, and support a highly customized

Salesforce application (incl. more than 40 custom objects, Apex, LWCs and LDVs).

Core Responsibilities:


• Deliver features from a product backlog (incl. more than 800 items), a mixture

of new functionality and extensions to existing functionality and customizations.


• Address clients change requests, defect/bug fixes, and user enhancements.


• Follow Git-based workflows and a predefined gitflow and branching strategy.


• Utilize Salesforce CLI for development tasks.

Core Requirements:


• Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Git, and Salesforce CLI.


• Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) and JavaScript Developer 1 certifications or

equivalent experience.


• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work within existing customizations in a

remote, Agile environment.
