We're on the hunt for a Salesforce Specialist to join our vibrant team in Bucharest. If you're skilled at crafting scalable solutions and love working with both developers and business users, this opportunity is calling your name


What You'll Do:

  • Uncover, analyze, and document business requirements for the quote-to-cash journey.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions that drive business success.
  • Be the expert in 2nd and 3rd line functional support, guiding users and solving challenges.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure technical solutions align with functional designs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, product bundling, and pricing rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce flow development and testing.
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Join us in our Bucharest office 3 days a week at Calea Plevnei 159, Business Garden Bucharest, Building C, 4th floor.
