Salesforce developer with Service Cloud

Job Description:

We are seeking a
Salesforce Service Cloud
developer, to be involved in one of our largest multi-cloud endeavours, part of a Fintech project for an UK client, that will be doing design, development, and deployment of custom solutions.

Mostly, you'll optimize processes using APEX, to implement, configure, integrate Service Cloud with telephony systems like Amazon Connect & provide advanced technical
support (2nd&3rd)
.

Your role includes development, managing automation, security and user roles, and implementing
new features
with declarative tools.

We seek someone with proven back-end development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and CTI solutions, ideally on contact/call center projects.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Back-end Developer with expertise in Designing developing, and deploying custom solutionsin Salesforce Service

• Responsible for process implementation, optimization in Salesforce by building functionalities with APEX

• Implement and configure Service Cloud Voice, integrating it with Amazon Connect or other similar telephony systems

• Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations

• Create and manage automated unit tests of platform code developed by the team

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for the
Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice
environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to call routing, agent experience, data synchronization, etc

• Implement new features using declarative tools (creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, flow triggers and email alerts)

• Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues and other setup options as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer orin a similarrole, with essential knowledge of Salesforce Service developing & maintaining server-side logic and databases.

• Strong understanding of Back-end development principles, best practices, and technologies, particularly within the Salesforce Core environment.

• Experience with programming languages and web services

• Familiarity with databases and SQL

• Proficiency in Back-end programming languages and frameworks, with essential knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, particularly within the Salesforce environment

• Knowledge of database design and query optimization

• Familiarity with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) concepts and solutions

• Experience in implementing and configuring of Service Cloud Voice, integrating it with Amazon Connect or other similar telephony systems

• Strong understanding of Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge, and Entitlement
