We are looking for a
Facility Manager
to take responsibility for local facilities and ensure that they meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability. This is a great opportunity to combine
engineering expertise, project management, and a passion for continuous improvement
in a dynamic international environment.

What you will do?

  • Manage and support maintenance, sustainability, and facility-related activities within the Business Unit.
  • Plan and implement long-term and preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with the client's functional requirements, standards, and sustainability goals, including CO₂ emissions reduction.
  • Coordinate resources, processes, and budgets to deliver optimal facility solutions.
  • Collect, verify, and report data, ensuring continuous follow-up and improvements.
  • Support local staff and stakeholders (customers, sales, service, dealers) to ensure operational excellence.

What we are looking for?

  • Proven experience.
  • Solid knowledge of facility management, maintenance, and sustainability solutions.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented professional, able to manage resources and drive change.
