Role

This position will be responsible for working with Senior Facilities & Events manager, EMEA in managing the new Bucharest office in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards in the areas of budget management & administration, physical facilities management and employee relations. This role is only for 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the vendors that supply snacks and lunches
  • Address any repair issues with office equipment or within the space
  • Review and distribute all mail
  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Work with all maintenance vendors to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates initiative and able to work independently, proactively identifying and executing next steps with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks

  • Attention to detail
