Ataway, a global leader in IT consulting, partners with top brands like Oracle, UKG, and Workday to drive digital transformation. We are seeking a Marketing Director to develop and execute strategies that elevate our brand, promote our products, and drive growth across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product & Service Development: Work with internal teams to create tailored product offerings and value propositions.
  • Brand Strategy: Enhance brand presence globally, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead integrated campaigns (digital, print, events) and content creation (blogs, videos, case studies).
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to track trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales to create effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Event Management: Organize industry events, webinars, and conferences for brand exposure.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT or consulting.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and content creation.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
