Your role
Design and document the onboarding process for access to key business systems and applications.Define and maintain access request workflows to ensure consistency and compliance.Collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations to align access procedures with organizational policies.Monitor and track access requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.Generate and share regular reports on access request status, trends, and potential bottlenecks.Provide support and guidance to users regarding access-related issues and inquiries and continuously improve access processes based on feedback and operational needs. Your profile
Have good English language skills (min. B2);Experience in system access management, IT support, or business operations and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles. Familiarity with business applications and access control tools also strong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience with onboarding processes and workflow design.
