What we're looking for

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Support Specialist
to join our Internal Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate has a technical mindset, a strong desire to learn, and a positive, solution-driven attitude. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless CRM and IT service operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide technical support for CRM and Sales applications used across the organization
  • Manage system users — create, modify, or delete user accounts and access rights
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, communicate updates and solutions to internal clients
  • Document incidents and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
  • Monitor service quality parameters (SLA) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify and implement optimization projects to reduce incident volume or resolution time
  • Create and deliver operational and performance reports as required
  • Support new team members through onboarding and knowledge-sharing
  • Participate in on-call or weekend shifts when needed

What you need to know/have

  • Bachelor's degree
    in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of
    databases
    (SQL, PL/SQL) and operating systems (Linux, Windows)
  • Familiarity with
    network protocols
    (e.g., TCP/IP) and general understanding of telecom systems
  • Positive attitude
    , strong problem-solving abilities, and
    attention to detail
  • Effective communication
    and
    adaptability
    in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-driven
    with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • English –
    intermediate level or higher
