We're looking for a 
System administrator
to join our team and work directly with clients on implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems. You'll handle everything from device configuration to Microsoft 365 support and network setups.

What you'll do:

  • Install and configure hardware (PCs, printers, servers, network equipment)
  • Set up and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and business software
  • Provide technical support to clients (on-site and remote) for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environments (user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Configure and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, updates, and system optimizations
  • Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with vendors and contribute to client-focused technical solutions
  • Implement and monitor basic cybersecurity measures (antivirus, patching, access control)

 What we're looking for

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows systems (desktop/server)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (user and license management, email setup)
  • Understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, routing basics)
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience in IT support – a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

 Nice to have

  • Experience with Active Directory, ticketing tools, or monitoring platforms
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, MTA, etc.)
  • Exposure to scripting, virtualization, or Linux systems
