National Sales Operations Manager

Ești o persoană cu experiență solidă în management, care îmbină strategia cu orientarea către oameni și rezultate? Ți-ar plăcea să contribui activ la dezvoltarea și extinderea unei rețele medicale în plină creștere? Atunci te vrem în echipa noastră


Căutăm un lider care are:

Minimum 7 ani experiență profesională, din care:

cel puțin 3 ani în management operațional,

2 ani în dezvoltarea și formarea echipelor,

2 ani în coordonarea unei echipe de vânzări;

Cunoștințe solide de management, negociere și comunicare;

Abilități excelente de coordonare, evaluare și rezolvare de probleme;

Perseverență și orientare către atingerea obiectivelor;

Limba engleză - nivel mediu/avansat;

Permis de conducere și disponibilitate pentru deplasări în țară;

Experiență anterioară în domeniul medical - un avantaj important.


Ce vei face:

Vei colabora cu managementul companiei pentru dezvoltarea strategică și operațională;

Vei coordona și optimiza activitatea departamentelor de vânzări și comercial;

Vei contribui la deschiderea de noi clinici și la implementarea unui mod de lucru unitar, eficient și orientat către calitate;

Vei fi implicat activ în monitorizarea performanțelor, analiza rezultatelor și implementarea planurilor de acțiune;

Vei juca un rol-cheie în dezvoltarea programului de leadership și în formarea echipelor din întreaga rețea;

Vei analiza și propune măsuri pentru dezvoltarea serviciilor medicale și implementarea tehnologiilor și echipamentelor moderne;

Vei colabora îndeaproape cu echipele locale pentru a susține creșterea și performanța fiecărei clinici.
